    Hi-

    I spoke with Deborah over the weekend regarding WordCamp Detroit at the WordPress Meetup group.

    Are the speaker tracks being published?

    I’ve got a speaking topic that I’d like to submit.

    Also, is there a reason WordCamp Detroit was reduced to 1 day?

      We’re waiting on a few updates to happen with the speaker submission form, it should be up very soon, I apologize for the delay. As for the event to 1 day, we realized it made more sense to have 2 tracks, one day, which makes it easier for people to be there, not having to commute twice and/or get a hotel. Based on previous years, the attendance the second day is much lower. As always, we’re learning along the way and who’s to say next year isn’t 3 days?!
